Great breakfast casserole recipe
Tom also made this as the main course for Christmas breakfast. We’ve made different casseroles every year, and this is the first one that’s made me go back for seconds. It’s simple, but very tasty!

3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
